Bill Mulligan is a retired Managing Partner of Primus Capital, a private equity fund. Before joining Primus is 1985, Bill was with McKinsey & Company, the management consulting firm. Bill is a director of Universal Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: UEIC) and TFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: TFSL). He also serves on the board of Trustees of the Cleveland Clinic and Denison University. Bill earned his undergraduate degree from Denison and MBA from the University of Chicago. Bill and his wife, Hattie, maintain a conservation easement on their Hunting Valley property.
