Sandy is the Founding Partner of Sterling Associates, a business research and consulting firm. Prior to founding Sterling in 2005, Sandy spent almost a decade with Boston Consulting Group, including leading a strategy project for Chagrin River Land Conservancy that resulted in the merger of NE Ohio land conservancies to form Western Reserve Land Conservancy. Sandy holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Princeton. He has served on the boards of Cleveland Botanical Garden and The Center for Families and Children. He and his wife Claire have two children and live on Little Mountain between Mentor and Chardon.
