Gina Owen

Development and Office Services Manager

As one of the most tenured employees at Western Reserve Land Conservancy, Gina Owen has established herself as a dependable, reliable fixture within the cultural fabric of the Land Conservancy. As the Development and Office Services Manager, Gina works tirelessly to support the Land Conservancy’s gift acceptance and recognition program and manage the headquarters facility in Moreland Hills. Gina is responsible for entering, tracking, and reporting all donor gifts made to the organization. Additionally, Gina runs a tight ship as she stocks and generally cares for the Land Conservancy’s offices. She is often the first smile you see when you walk through the entryway at the Land Conservancy, but her work is largely behind the scenes. Whether entering gifts, editing publications, or coordinating maintenance and repair work necessary to keep the Land Conservancy offices operating smoothly, Gina applies a quiet, calm demeanor that reflects confidence and competence in all that she does.

Gina has been a part of the Land Conservancy since 2002. She attended the local West Geauga High School and Auburn Career Center and has stayed true to her roots by continuing her life in the beautiful and vibrant rolling hills of Geauga County. Prior to coming to the Land Conservancy, Gina worked in customer service positions which fostered her love and devotion for helping people and her community.

Gina lives in Newbury with her husband Bob. She has two grown children, Jeffrey and Hayley, and recently became a step-grandmother to granddaughter, Jesse. Gina enjoys the outdoors and gardening along with traveling, camping, and hiking with Bob and their shepherd mix dog Jackson.
