The Land Conservancy assists residents by providing step-by-step support to secure parcels from either the City of Cleveland Land Bank or the Cuyahoga Land Bank, providing resources needed for upgrades to the lots, and coordinating with contractors for each job. Mike Supler from New Vista and Stanley Hardrick from Sterling Fencing have been invaluable contributors to these projects. In 2020, the Land Conservancy completed 11 side yard transfers for city residents and invested $3,000 in each for greening improvements.
