Field Exploration: Moths

July 28, 2022 @ 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Spend an evening exploring the diversity of moths with Naturalist Judy Semroc. We’ll set up different light stations at a private property in Columbia Station that holds a conservation easement with the Land Conservancy. Participants will take a short hike and then settle in to see which species of moths we attract at this 43-acre forest preserve.

The Land Conservancy has protected 60,000 acres of land through conservation easements, which provide permanent, long-term protection for a property.

Advanced registration is required.

All Land Conservancy events respect CDC guidelines and social distancing.
