Kristin Ubersax is Assistant General Counsel of Parker Hannifin Corporation. She has been a member of the Parker Foundation Committee, which directs the company’s charitable giving. Before working at Parker, Kristin was in private practice, where she concentrated on commercial matters and real estate, including conservation easements.
Kristin has always loved the outdoors and enjoys hiking in the Metroparks, biking, playing tennis, and cross country and downhill skiing. She and her husband, Jeff, often took their four children (now adults) on hikes to Henry Church Rock and Brandywine Falls in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and biking on the Towpath. They have also explored national parks, including the Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, and Grand Teton.
Kristin serves on the Board of Advantage Cleveland Tennis and Education, a tennis-based youth development program that makes the sport accessible and provides educational programing to youth in underserved neighborhoods.
Kristin earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her law degree from Harvard Law School.
