Stella Dilik oversees all of Western Reserve Land Conservancy’s fundraising, communications, marketing, outreach, and education programs. As the largest local land trust in the state, and one of the top in the nation, fund development is critical to the organization’s continued success in conservation and urban revitalization across 21 counties. Stella manages a team of 10 employees and adeptly works with a diverse array of board members, partners, and funders.
Previously, Stella was the Executive Director of Foundation and Systems Philanthropy at The MetroHealth System, serving as a member of the leadership team and managing staff responsible for major gift fundraising, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, annual fund, digital fundraising, endowments, and special events.
Stella earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Miami University. She resides in Avon with her husband and two daughters.
