Help us clean up the Cuyahoga River one piece of plastic at a time! As a follow up to our showing of Ripples in Plastic in January, the Land Conservancy has scheduled an outing with Eddie Olschansky, the owner of Trash Fish Cleveland. Eddie was part of our panel discussion, and his primary message is, “stop buying stuff made of plastic and volunteer for a litter clean up.” Participants will spend an afternoon kayaking on the Cuyahoga River picking up litter. Kayaks and life vests will be provided.
Following our float, all attendees are invited to grab a drink and/or dinner at Merwin’s Wharf. Food/Drink are on your own.
Advanced registration is required.
Fee: $20/person (All fees from this event will support the work of Trash Fish Cleveland.)
