Field Exploration: Mushrooms

Join the Ohio Mushroom Society for a mini-foray at the Western Reserve Land Conservancy’s 300- acre Sherwin Preserve in Waite Hill. We will hike through the floodplain forest along the Chagrin River in search of fungi. The preserve is dotted with several ponds and forested wetlands and should provide a diverse assemblage of species. Our experts will end the day with detailed information about what we have gathered.

Advanced registration is required.
